Clear launches a B2B ad campaign, does unique storytelling

Bangalore, May 15th, 2023:

Clear’s first ever B2B campaign sets a benchmark in B2B branding showcasing its Clear Finance Cloud which brings automation to the CFOs office

Clear India’s leading fintech SaaS company today rolled out its first ever brand campaign for Enterprise Business. Through this campaign Clear has showcased its Clear Finance Cloud or CFC solution.

Usually B2B brand building is seen as very boring. Clear envisioned a unique way to showcase its CFC solution, using the power of storytelling in a very unexpected yet engaging way. The campaign begins with a busy finance team in office, struggling with its compliances, the complexities and the various other challenges that come with very manually driven processes. The CFO, the hero of the campaign then uses Clear’s solution bringing automation, time saving and efficiency to all of the processes undertaken in the CFOs office by enabling a connected ecosystem for the entire CFO office. CFC becomes a single source of truth for tax & compliance, Accounts (Accounts Payable /Accounts Receivable) and Treasury. At the leadership level it allows the finance leader to have a real time view of all the processes, giving him deep insights and faster decision making capabilities.

The campaign is targeted at Finance Teams and CFOs who are key to setting high standards of compliance within an organization. Generally, value added content, sales collaterals, events, webinars are considered as B2B marketing best practice. Clear does all of the above as part of their efforts to connect with their audience. But for a path breaking solution like Clear Finance Cloud they decided to leverage from the B2C world using a long format storytelling, which is a take on the real work life instances of their audience; the CFOs, and brings alive in the best possible way their mission of transforming the CFOs office and turning finance teams into value generators.

Archit Gupta, founder and CEO, Clear, said at the launch, “We aimed to keep the lightness and yet have the message easily understood. This ad campaign has a quirky take on what could possibly go wrong in a finance function, it then brings home the message in a fun way, automate!”

The campaign has been conceptualized by Mumbai based advertising agency Bombay Locale.  As per Osho Sidhant, co-founder Bombay Locale, “We were excited to inject creative flair into Indian B2B marketing, a first-of-its-kind endeavor. We ensured that we tied the inputs from the product, marketing, sales and leadership teams and weave an engaging story around a fictional finance team. Our approach was establishing ‘Clear Finance Cloud’ as the hero, solving finance teams' issues across organizations,” he stated.

Clear believes this campaign will set a benchmark in B2B advertising in India. The campaign will be rolled out on digital channels like Linkedin, Youtube, the campaign will also be on certain big publisher channels which enjoy strong affinity with Clear’s B2B side target group i.e. CFOs and CXOs.
